Dr. Ali Abdel Rahim made the hydrological studies for
El-sheih valley project for reclamation of 10 thousand
feddans, located in Badary District, Assuit. With a
budget of L.E. 20 million , and was achieved between
years 1998 and 2004. The studies included surveying all
the area and the design of pipelines, protection against
water hammer, valve rooms, overflow pipeline, ground
tanks, irrigation openings, metal gates and rail lifting
equipments

structural design and underground flow effect for the
culvert & start and end rooms project of Om- Doma
drain beneath El-Gergawia canal, Sohag, with a
budget of L.E. 4 million, and achieved between years
2001 and 2003. The studies included surveying all the
area the design of concrete 220cm diameter pipelines,
and over flow dams testing
