as well as business centers to serve the residents of the

Development prefect of Dimt region ( Yemen )
Country: Yemen
Dimt is located in the middle of the main road linking
Yarim in the north and Qattiyp in the South. The city
lies about 180 km from the capital Sanaa, The project
aims to re-planning the Dimt city as a touristic and
theraputic city and to stop sprawl urban in the city as
a result of migration from the countryside to the city.
Dimt resort for medical tourism

The Dimt city considered one of the tourist areas in
Yemen. It is a city that is known by its scarce
healthy water springs where this
city ishas a tremendous wealth of water and
wonder geological nature that drew the attention of
researchers and geologists.
The resort is naturally protected, and includes the
limestone hills in Ahardp which is a rare natural
phenomenon in the world and has a fundamental
hydrogeological importance as well as natural
beauty terrain, that may make it as the first resort in
the Middle East.
Also, It is one of the most important natural resorts due to the abundance of warm sulfate water that well up
naturally from the depth of its basin of water without the need for modern mechanisms for the pumping, that
leads to the spread of natural baths in all kinds and different shapes around the city that do not exceed a total
area of 8 square kilometers

characterize modern societies, works of
establishing the public parks and entertainment
venues take a greater share of the attention of
the capitals of major cities, therefore, the
secretariat of the capital Sanaa began in the
implementation of the International Garden
with perfect place on a high plateau south of
the capital Sanaa, with a total area of 130
hectares.
Abu Zahr Tourist Resort

have been taken into account to be able to change into the

coast connects Muharraq beach from the south and Al Kadaia
beach fro the north, the project aims to create a recreational
and service area comprising a group of chalets and sport
areas and a shopping center and falls.
Lehia Resort

Al Lehia city locates within the administrative framework
for the province of Hodeidah, which lies on the east coast of
the Red Sea in the far west of the Republic of Yemen The
design of this project includes the use of substances that help
the sustainability of the project and its components which are
resistant to salinity, degradation and erosion of materials.

Al Malek Resort
Country: Yemen
Al Malek region is in the west of Taiz governorate
and 115 miles away from the s the south of
Khokha , located on the longitude 43 degrees and
latitude 13 degrees, the land of the project lies
amid a unique natural environment and contains
a forest of palm trees and the types of vegetation
make the site of Al Malek a special place, The
project includes a shopping mall, chalets, villas
and lakes.
Al Hendia Alehimp
Country: Yemen
The project is located in Hodeidah Governorate - Khokha
Directorate on the Red Sea coast near the southern entrance
to the Red Sea where Al Hendia region - Alehimp to the
north of Alehimp village by distance( 1 km ) approximately 5
km along the front of the beach. By a width (depth) mainland
ranging between o. 5 to 1 km.
In the design of the project, maintaining the local
architectural style has been taken into account. The project
includes a group of chalets, shopping centers, lakes and diving center
Mark Island Resort

It is a project for developing Mark Island at the Republic
of Yemen, where Yemen represents an important point on
the tourist map of the world and its many and diverse
tourist resources stress that Yemen will have an influential
place on the map of the world if these resources are
invested well. Mark Island locates on the beach of the sea
and characterized by marine and mainland scenery nature.
The area of the project is 760 hectares and the project is
located in the warm region between the equator and the
Tropic of Cancer. The Red Sea, in this region, is
characterized in general by the existence of coral reefs and
different beautiful species of colorful fish, and those
resources can be based upon the activities of the diving and distinct beach tourism that do not depend on the
consumption of these resources
The idea of this project depends on finding a major center of service in the heart of the island in addition to
three main areas:
1. Tourist villages and areas of natural reserves concentrated in the northern part of the island.
2. Hotels, chalets, motels, concentrated in the southern part of the island.
3. The eastern region of the island in which the project and areas of medical tourism are located
Al Feil gulf Resort

There are many touristic locations in Aden that tend to the
marine environment which includes the mountains The
proboscis is one of those unique beautiful locations by its
natural composition that takes the form of a head caused by
volcanic factors, and ebb and flow of sea water and due to the
factor of erosion through the times that caused the location has
taken the shape of the proboscis, so it is called proboscis
(Khartom Al Fiel),
Proboscis (Khartom Al Fiel) is formed from interwoven rocks.
The book of geological imaging of volcanoes of city of Aden and the smallest Aden describes this location as
a natural bend located in the Golden Coast Gulf (Juldmor) and result from erosion of Aloschoria rocks, And is
located :f within the Golden Coast beach that is characteristic with outstanding beauty of its nature, which is
one of the most beautiful beaches in Al Tawahi Directorate of the Yemeni governorate Tawah. Where
golden colors of its waters have been formed by reflection of the rocks and small .1 volcanic accumulations
under water with the sun at sunset to give the site through the viewer see the indescribable beauty in addition
to the clarity

of the city of Aden by a distance of 25 km - along the
waterfront of the beach (5 km ), its depth ranges
between 0.5-1.5 km. It has been taken into account to
achieve good vision to the sea to the maximum number
of accommodation units and all of the littoral items

Sapr - Zamaren Mount

Sapr mount is loated in the southern slope of the city of Taiz,
falls within uth highland areas , the mount's height is up to
about 3070 and rise around the city of Taiz in 1500 that
exceeds the scially in the moonlit nights, The natural
environment of ;onsidered an important touristic and
environmental lent for a qualitative tourism. The importance

Planning of FAILAKA Island

Our scope of work included on site studies, and
master plan of Failaka Island. Planning included
tourist areas, shores of distinct natural beauty,
residential districts and main harbor to ease
reaching the island.
The design of the island development plan was
carried out on three stages, in each stage certain
activities were developed and took place to
integrate with other activities for increasing stability
of the plan avoiding any development of slum areas
intruding on the plan. Here are some examples of

suggestions for architectural styles.
Planning of AI - Qusier City

Al-Qusier is a city with a long history that is very obvious
in the recognizable architectural style that prevails in
ancient city core.
The red sea governorate had launched a project aiming at
conserving and empowerment of the ancient city core and
putting a development plan to the whole region.
Our scope of work included studying current conditions
considering improvement plans, and planning the new city
with guide architectural designs for the new areas

The project is planned on a land lot of 336000 m2 as a special
residential resort for the elite of the society who
seek calm and beauty.
The project was planned by Prof, Dr. Mahmoud
El-Sheimy, Lushly spacious gardens surrounding
the residential buildings. The project shelters
number of palaces, villas and luxurious
residential building, in addition to basic services;
sporting club, shopping center, mosque and
number of recreational facilities and gardens.

Touristic Recreational Compound second district 6th of October city
Country: Egypt
This compound is designed to occupy a land lot of 189000 m2.
The project main elements are distributed on a main axis symbolizing
River Nile as the main reason for life in the compound. A public garden
in resemblance to the main space in cities integrates with the main axes
to form the main services & facilities axis in the compound Privacy was
the main challenge in designing the residential areas to provide total
privacy with clear connection to the core of the compound. The project
occupies 105 villas & 48 residential buildings.
