Maadi City Center "Carrefour"

In 2001 - 2002, Eng. Rakhaa Hashem was
responsible for the project management of this
huge mall that was ready for operation in only
14 months since beginning of execution, with a
total cost of 110 million Egyptian pounds. The
works carried out included roads and "ElMaadi Tunnel" connecting the mall to Cairo
ring road.

Country: Egypt
Consultant Eng. Rakhaa Hashem Yehia was
responsible for the construction management of the
university buildings in the year 2000. The project
included tourism faculty building, educational
hospital building, and the dental faculty, with a
total cost of 27 million Egyptian pounds
Mubarak Pumping Station - Toshkca
Country: Egypt
Eng. Maged El-Ghmarawy has shared in the management of this project's construction during the whole
construction period (1999-2000). The total cost of the executed civil, mechanical & electrical works was US$
550 million.
Hilton Tourist Resort Hurghada
Country: Egypt
Eng. Maged El-Ghamrawy has managed the construction of
Hilton Resort in the years 1996/1997. The works carried out
cost was US$ 23 million.
The hotel is 200 rooms' capacity. The project management has
included all civil, mechanical and electrical works.
